General update:
- Construction has reached Argyle Street level
- Relocation of the fence line along Argyle Street is complete
- Installation of the Argyle Street Animation Project is complete
- Night security is in effect from 10 pm to 4:30 am
- Construction is planned to reach Market Street by the end of October
- It is anticipated that Grafton Street will be reinstated for construction use by mid-November
What’s coming up in October:
- Pouring concrete for the balance of level 3, 4, and some sections of level 5
- Major structural steel installation
- Erection of a fourth crane onsite
- Relocation of the fence line along the site perimeter of Prince, Sackville and Market Streets will be carried out sequentially through October and November
Notice to neighbours:
- Sidewalk closures around construction site are still in effect
- Expect daily concrete truck activity and increased noise during construction at street level
- It is anticipated that Sackville Street will close between Market and Grafton Streets from October 3-17. During this period, traffic will be redirected via Market, Blowers and Grafton Streets.
- Market Street has been re-opened to traffic
