Nova Centre’s contemporary architecture pays tribute to our seafaring past, with the main tower resembling the rising sail of a ship arriving in the Halifax Harbour. The entire centre is being constructed sustainably—targeting LEED Gold certification—and this environmental awareness, smart technology, and modern design help lead the way to our bright, progressive future.

Argyle Developments and its sister companies are owned by the Ramia family. For more than 25 years, we have been in the business of developing, owning, and managing commercial, residential, and industrial properties in the Halifax Regional Municipality, and we currently own and manage 3 million square feet of mixed-use space.
We work with local and international partners, including Fortune 500 companies, and our tenants include top companies from all major industries.
