General update:
- Concrete for the balance of level 3 is complete
- The erection of the fourth crane is complete
- Night security is in effect from 10 pm to 4:30 am
- Construction is planned to reach Market Street by the end of November
- It is anticipated that Grafton Street will be reinstated for construction use by the end of November
What’s coming up in November:
- Pouring concrete for the balance of level 4 and 5
- Ongoing structural steel installation
- Installation of concrete encased duct banks for electrical wiring
- Relocation of the fence line along the site perimeter of Prince, Sackville and Market Streets will be carried out sequentially throughout November
Notice to neighbours:
- Sidewalk closures around construction site are still in effect
- Expect daily concrete truck activity and increased noise during construction at street level
- Businesses will be notified 5 days in advance of the following anticipated street closures:
- Argyle Street will close between Prince and Sackville Streets. Traffic will be redirected via Prince, Brunswick and Sackville Streets
- Sackville Street will close at Grafton Street. Traffic will be redirected via Market, Blowers and Barrington Streets
