General update:
- Major deliveries now occur within the confines of the fence line
- Night security is in effect from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- It is anticipated that Grafton Street will be reinstated for construction use by the end of April
What’s coming up in April:
- Pouring concrete for the balance of level 5, 6 and 7
- Structural steel installation on level 3 and 5
- Erecting the supports for level 6
- Relocation of the fence line along the site perimeter of Prince, Sackville and Market Streets will be carried out sequentially throughout April
Notice to neighbours:
- Sidewalk closures around construction site are still in effect
- Expect daily concrete truck activity and increased noise during construction at street level
- Market Street will be closed on April 12, reopening on April 13
